Rawla Narlai

Narlai (Rajasthan)

MID RANGE, HERITAGE

Situated amidst the scenic Aravalli Hills, Rawla Narlai is a 17th century property that was once used as a hunting lodge by the royal family of Jodhpur. A tranquil base from which to explore the landscapes of Rajasthan, the hotel features both a historic and contemporary wing, decorated with ornate artworks and antique furnishings. Each of the 32 rooms has been individually decorated; the vintage rooms showcase the property’s original frescoes and archways, whilst the modern wing is decorated with carved marble. The facilities at Rawla Narlai include a swimming pool and a gorgeous roof terrace for sunbathing & relaxing.

Rawla Narlai is also famed for its step-well dinner, where they take you to the 16th century site on traditional bullock cart. The step-well is adorned by countless numbers of lamps as you sit down to dinner with such an amazing backdrop all around you. Other experiences include tea by the local lake, horse riding, leopard safaris, day walks and exploring the traditional local villages.
