How to book a trip to India?
Step 01
As soon as we receive your enquiry, one of our dedicated travel specialists will be assigned as your personal travel consultant. They will take the time to understand your interests, travel style, preferences, and expectations before creating a tailor-made itinerary designed exclusively for you. We will then present you with a detailed itinerary, a personalised quotation, and all the information you need to make an informed decision.
If you would like to refine any aspect of your journey, we will be delighted to work with you to revise the itinerary, adjust the inclusions, or fine-tune the costs until every detail perfectly matches your vision for the trip.
Step 02
Once you are happy with your personalised itinerary and confirm that you would like to proceed, we will begin securing all the arrangements for your journey. Our first priority is confirming your preferred hotels, followed by the booking of domestic flights, train journeys, wildlife safaris, and any other travel services included in your itinerary. Please note that scanned copies of all travellers' passports will be required where necessary for flight, train, or safari reservations.
For your complete peace of mind, we do not request any payment or deposit until all the services included in your holiday have been successfully confirmed by our team. Only once every booking is in place will we ask you to proceed with the payment.
Step 03
Once all the arrangements for your journey—including accommodation, domestic flights, train journeys, wildlife safaris, and any other applicable services—have been successfully booked and confirmed, we will provide you with your Final Travel Pack. This will include your confirmed itinerary and booking details.
We follow this process to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind. By confirming every element of your holiday before issuing your final documents, we minimise the risk of any last-minute changes to hotels, transport, or other travel arrangements, allowing you to look forward to your journey with complete confidence.
Step 04
Once you have reviewed your final itinerary and confirmed that everything is in order, we will issue an invoice for the 20% advance deposit. The remaining 80% balance is payable 45 days prior to your arrival in India.
For your peace of mind, the 20% advance deposit is covered by our 100% refund policy if you cancel your holiday at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival date. Please note that any domestic flight tickets already issued may be subject to the airline's cancellation charges, which are determined by the respective carrier. Should this apply, we will inform you of the applicable charges in advance and provide complete transparency throughout the process.
Step 05
Approximately 45 days before your arrival, we will send you the invoice for the remaining 80% balance, along with a final confirmation of your travel arrangements. Once we receive your confirmation and payment, we will release the final payments and vouchers to our hotels, transport providers, guides, and other trusted travel partners, ensuring every aspect of your journey is fully secured.
Closer to your arrival dates, your dedicated travel specialist will provide your complete pre-departure travel pack, including the contact details of your airport representative, chauffeur, tour supervisor, and our local support offices, together with all the essential information you need for a smooth and worry-free journey.
