Emma Lovell is a travel and business coach, author of The Art of Bleisure and an experienced speaker, with more than 18 years of experience exploring and working across South Asia.

Her long-standing connection with India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bhutan has been shaped by extensive first-hand travel and a deep understanding of the region. She brings this experience to Indus Bound, helping travellers look beyond the obvious and plan journeys that feel personal, meaningful and well considered.

Emma specialises in retreats and small-group journeys, working closely with hosts to bring together thoughtful programmes, distinctive places and memorable experiences. Based in Australia, she also represents Indus Bound in her home market, helping travellers from Australia and beyond plan tailor-made journeys across South Asia.

Her approach combines destination knowledge, personal insight and careful planning — with a particular understanding of how to create journeys that give travellers time to connect with a place rather than simply pass through it.
