Sr Consultant : Operations (02)
We are looking to hire passionate Tour operation professionals for our Operations Team. The candidate must be a post-graduate/ graduate with 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in the travel industry. He/she must have work experience in a similar role. Professionals having worked with UK, US, Australia & Europe market segments would be preferred.
A brief of the duties & responsibilities is, as follows
- Give bookings to hotels/airlines/trains/Safaris
- Manage the entire life cycle of events including accounting, documentation, etc while the Clients are on tour
- Monitor day-to-day Quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet targeted timelines
- Whenever necessary, negotiate for better rates with hotels for specific movements
