Situated on a flat desert scrubland with nothing but the occasional farmstead for company, The Serai, presents the ultimate in tented luxury, accommodating guests in a royal-caravan style of old.

Sitting on sandstone plinths are 21 spacious tents, including 14 tented suites, 6 luxury suites and one Royal suite. The luxury suites have their own private walled  gardens and sunken, heated plunge pools. The Royal suite is set in its own private walled enclosure and has dining and sitting tents, its own Spa and a private heated swimming pool. A personal butler will cater to your every need. Dining can be in the dining room or staff are happy to set up a table anywhere on site. The food is delicious, seasonal and reflects the cuisine of the area with western options. Most of the ingredients are home grown and organic. Experiences include visits to the 12thcentury Jaisalmer with its Golden Fortress and shopping in the bazaars accompanied by an experienced guide. Sand dune sundowners are a must and many other activities can be arranged.
